7 pieces of advice from the government

Hi guys,

today we worked on the poster on the New Zealand governement: "Eat your colours every day".

You made a recap of the main ideas: 

The objective of the ad campaign:

It's to give 2 pieces of advice about health.
It's to encourage people to eat healthy / to eat 5 pieces of fruit or vegetables a day.

Then you tried to translate the French slogans you know about health, sport, and food into English.

Here they go for you:

You should... drink water every day.
                       eat healthy and move.
                       do 60 minutes of sport every day.

You shouldn't... drink alcohol.
                           smoke weed or snif cocaine.
                           eat too greasy, too salty, or too sugary.
                           play video games every day.
