    Tips to be active and healthy

    People should take the stairs instead of the elevator.

    Parents should control kids TV time and they shouldn’t put a TV in their kids bedroom.

    People should walk after a meal.

    People shouldn’t sit during TV commercials.

    People should do physical activities for special occasions (football games, laser game, bowling…).

    Parents and kids should do the chores to be active.

    Families should spend time together outside in a park, at the swimming pool…

    Homework for Wednesday 12th:

    - connaître au moins 4 conseils de Let’s move.
