The contrast between the movie and the book
In the book and in the movie, the Once-Ler lives outside of town. It’s the same!
The Once-Ler is peeking out of the shutters, it’s the same in the book.
In the book, you mustn’t knock at his door while in the movie, Ted rings the doorbell. He’s crazy!
In the book, you must give fifteen cents, a nail and a shell of an old snail whereas in the movie, the Once-Ler doesn’t care.
Homework for Tuesday 18th:
être capable de parler de similitudes et des différences entre le film et le texte.
