Here's the lesson:

Charlton rules - Part 2

Students must bring packed lunches. Their parents must prepare healthy lunches.

Students mustn't wear trainers at school. They can wear trainers for medical reasons only.

They must bring towels for the shower (after P.E. lessons).

They mustn't bring spray deodorant at school, but they can bring roll-on deodorant.

Charlton rules

Students must wear ties. The ties can be blue, red, yellow or purple with stripes.

Students must wear a V-neck navy or maroon sweatshirt with the school crest (=emblem).

They can wear a school scarf, it's optional (= it's not an obligation). 

Food and drinks:

They can drink water during lesson time, but they mustn't bring cans or fizzy drinks at school.

Fizzy drinks = drinks with bubbles
